No matter how simple or elaborate, every wedding involves many details to be looked after. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you begin:
We welcome the opportunity to create menus especially for you. Please ask your Wedding Specialist. All menus are subject to 24% service charge and 8.25% tax.
Confirmation of space and deposits
An initial nonrefundable deposit of twenty percent 20% of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.
Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check, credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and /or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.
A final guarantee is due by 11:00 am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will prepare to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.
Special room rates are available for guests based on a guarantee of 10 or more guest rooms on one night. A personalized web link just for your wedding will be created for your guests to reserve their rooms. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am.
The hotel offers complimentary self-parking. We are also pleased to offer Valet parking for your guests at $13 daily or $25 overnight.
The full-service Windflower Spa offers massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and hair styling. Discounts available for bridal hair and makeup as well as bridal party packages.
Our on-site, 27-hole Arthur Hills-designed Hill Country Golf Club, offers preferred tee-times for guests. Groomsmen packages are available, including free golf for the groom.
The services combine Texas traditions, crafts and fun activities for ages three to twelve for morning or evening sessions that can include meals.
We recommend using a vendor from the hotels preferred vendor list. We request all vendors to deliver flowers, cakes, audio visual, etc. no sooner than two hours prior to your scheduled event. All items must be removed following the event, unless arrangements have been made with your Wedding Specialist. All vendors must supply all their own equipment for set up. Hyatt Regency Hill Country is unable to loan guests or vendors with equipment and ladders.
Food and beverage
No food or beverage may be brought into the hotel by the guests or persons attending the functions. All food and beverages will be supplied by the hotel.
Welcome packets and gift bags
Welcome bags are a perfect welcome to your guests. These can be delivered right to the guest room for $4.00 per bag.
Fruit Infused Water Station
Add a fruit infused water station to your ceremony location for your guests to enjoy for $3.00 per person.
Personalized menu cards for each place setting with your monogram for $4.00 per person.
Personalize your reception with a custom monogram in lights, uplighting your head table or wash the walls in a splash of color complementing your décor with our in house AV team, PSAV.
Linens and Chairs
Add chiavari chairs and upgraded linens to your tables with one of our great vendors.
Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces. We’ll help you customize a menu and the other details so you can concentrate on preparing for your big day.
The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.
Your Hyatt wedding can start with a personalized bridal shower. With so many different spaces to choose from, you and your close connections will have a fun and festive time.
Hyatt Regency Hill Country will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal.
